CAUSE 
Mains input fuse blown. 
 
ACTION 
Please check that the mains switch wiring is correctly positioned in all cases as there 
is a possibility that the cable could become trapped between the cabinet back and 
LCD panel if wall mounted. 
 
 
See below for correct position of the cables and relocate if there is a difference.
