1 Warning
Caution:
• Pb free solder has a higher melting point that standard solder; Typically the melting point is 50 - 70°F (30 - 40°) higher.  Please
use a soldering iron with temperature control and adjust it to 750 ± 20°F (400 ± 10°).  In case of using high temperature soldering
iron, please be careful not to heat too long.
• Pb free solder will tend to splash when heated too high (about 1100°F / 600°C).

4 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions
4.1.
Disassembly method
1. Remove the attachment and blade.
2. Remove three screws.
3. Remove the switch lever, and unhook the hooks at the
sides of body lifting the front panel a little to remove the
front panel.
4. Remove two screws, and remove the blade mount after
unhooking the hooks.
5. Remove the bottom cover after unhooking the hooks.
* Be careful of the direction of the spring for cutter.
6. Turn the dial to the position of trimming height at “10”.
Slide down the dial to remove while pushing the push-up
plate at back side.
* Be careful not to drop the push-up plate.
7. Remove the clips inserting the slotted screwdriver.
