4.2.
Disassembly procedure
Important:
It must be performed inside of satisfied clean level.
(Satisfied clean level: Less than class 10,000 (Federal
Standard 209D))

4.2.1.
Removal of the Decoration Ring
1. Decoration ring is sticked on the 1st lens frame unit.
2. Put the sheet so that the lens glass is fully covered.
3. Insert the the small flat blade screwdriver to Gap

Removal of the Filter ring
1. Remove the 3 screws (A).

Removal of the Shading frame
1. Remove the 3 screws (B).
Important:
When removing the 3screws (B), take care not to
dash outthe shading frame by the 1st push spring.
