ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
1. Test Equipments Required

2. Disassembling Procedure

Referring to Fig. 2-1, remove four screws (Left x 2, Right
x 2) that secure the Upper Case and remove the Upper
Case from the Bottom Case.

Disconnect the connectors CN1 and CN2 on the Main
Board of the Bottom Case, and remove the Wire Ass'ys of
the Upper Case.

Remove two screws that secure the Flexible Microphone
and remove the Flexible Microphone from the Bottom

Disconnect the connector CN3 on the Main Board of the
Bottom Case, and remove the Wire Ass'y of the Flexible
Microphone.

Referring to Fig. 2-2, remove four screws that secure the
Main Board and remove the Main Board from the Bottom
Case.

3. Adjustment Procedure
(1) Microphone Output Level Adjustment
Test Point: Pin 1 (H) and Pin 2 (C) of E1 (LINE OUT)

Set up the WR-210E with the Power Supply Unit and the
Low Frequency Oscillator to following Conditions for this
adjustment.

• Microphone Input: –50 dB, 1 kHz
• All Call Switch: ON
• Line Switch: ON
• Microphone Input: –50 dB, 1 kHz

Connect the Electronic Voltmeter to the Pin 1 and Pin 2 of
E1 on the Main Board.

Adjust VR1 so that the Output Level becomes 0 dBV ±
0.5 dBV.
(2) Line Output Level Adjustment
Test Point: Pin 1 (H) and Pin 2 (C) of E1 (LINE OUT)
