CAMERA MECHANICAL ASS'Y REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Removal of the Camera Mechanical Ass'y
(1).Turn off the power of the Control Unit BM-ED500.
When supplied the power from the External DC Power
Supply Unit, turn off the power of the External DC Power
Supply Unit.
Supply Unit, turn off the power of the External DC Power
Supply Unit.
(2).Referring to Fig. 1, open the 10-key Cover, remove two
tamperproof screws (with the supplied Screw Driver
Tool) that secure the 10-key Unit and remove the 10-key
Unit from the BM-ET500.

(3).Referring to Fig. 2, disconnect the connector CN552 on
the 10-key Board of the 10-key Unit and remove the Wire
Ass'y (30-pin).

Remove two temperproof screws.
Open the 10-key Cover.

(4).Referring to Fig. 3, disconnect the Coaxial Cable (BNC
male) of the Control Unit (Camera 1-3) from the Video
Output Cable (BNC female) .

(5).Referring to Fig. 4, disconnect the connector CN501 on
the Camera Terminal Board and remove the Video
Output Cable (for the Built-in Color (Colour) CCTV
Camera).

(6).Referring to Fig. 5, disconnect the 0V and +32V or +24V
ports of E501 on the Camera Terminal Board and
remove the Power Cable for the Control Unit or the
External DC Power Supply Unit.
