Troubleshooting
Festival 40 is designed for trouble-free operation. If you have a problem, first check this list for a possible solution. If the problem persists, consult your local
authorized Harman Kardon dealer.

Problem
No lights on (green LEDs, dashes or clock) when main Power

Green power LEDs and display on, but no sound.
No surround from center and/or surround channels.
Sound, but no picture from video source.

Solution
Festival 40 must be connected to live AC outlet.
Speakers must be properly connected.
Mute must not be activated.
The selected source must be active.
The Amplifier must be plugged in and turned on.
Both ribbon cables must be attached.
