4.2.1.1 shall be replaced by the requirements or 
2.3.1 of UL 60950, Third Edition.”

event of a single insulation fault, the voltages on 
the TNV-0 circuits, TNV-1 circuits and accessible

shall not be exceeded. After 0.2 s the voltage 
limits of 4.1.2 (35 V peak, or 60 V d.c.) shall
