1-3.  CHECKING THE Wi-Fi FUNCTION
Perform the following procedure to check the Wi-Fi function.
Required equipment: Windows personal computer with Wi-Fi interface
1.  Press the NEXT button to turn on the camera.
2.  Press the NEXT button to display [SEND].
3.  Press the ENTER button to display [PREP], then Wi-Fi is activated.
 
Wi-Fi connection status (automatic display)
 
[PREP] (prepare for connecting) → [AWAIT] (await connecting)
 
When [READY] appears, data can be copied to a smartphone by operating the smartphone.
Procedure to check the Wi-Fi function on a PC
Note : Perform the following procedure in the Mass-Storage mode.
1.  Connect the camera to a computer with the micro USB cable (supplied).
2.  Turn on the power.
3. Display 
[Computer] 
→ [PMHOME] → [INFO] → [WIFI_INF.TXT] on your computer, then check the user ID and password.
4.  Confirm on the personal computer that the unit is detected as a connectable wireless network.
5.  To further confirm that the unit is connectable, connect the unit to the personal computer and select “Network and Internet” → “Manage Wireless 
Networks” from Control Panel to open the network connection list. The unit is included in the list.

recording movies.
