  It is appear when there is no reply against the TOC information request

from MD Editor to MD deck.

   
A) Select the COM port with which the user has connected from the Serial Setup of MD
Editor.

A) There is possibility that the contention of COM port between MD Editor and the
other Windows application exists.
Please stop Windows applications other than MD Editor using COM port.
   
A) COM port might be in the stop state.
Confirm the COM port (RS-232C) setting of your PC through BIOS setting or Device
Manager of Windows and make it to be available.
The way of setting varies depending on PCs.
   
A) The cords are connected incorrectly. Confirm the cable setting from COM port (RS-
232C) to CAV-50C.
   
A) The cords are connected incorrectly. Confirm the cable setting from CAV-50C to MD
deck.
   
A) The power might not be applied to MD deck.
Plug the power cord and turn MD deck on.

A) There is possibility that audio components connected to CONTROL A1 are defective
or the CONTROL A1 cable is defective or unspecified. Unplug the audio components
connected to CONTROL A1 except MD deck.

  The designated CONTROL A1 cable is the cable with monaural mini-plug.

A) CAV-50C might be defective.
   
A) MD deck might be defective.
