Steps to reproduce the Issue(s)
1 Import a test file to Command WorkStation Hold queue.
2 Open Job Properties Check the check box for Adobe PDF Print Engine Preferred.
3 Create one Paper Catalog entry with Heavy media for A3 paper size and associate it to one

6 Go to Print the job.
Result: All pages of the job are printed with Plain media on having APPE selected.

3 Do NOT install any of the following patch(es) after installing FIT220493 patch. If you must
install any of the patch(es) below, do so before installing FIT220493 patch:
• None.

4 This patch is exclusive which means it must be installed independently and the server
rebooted/restarted once. After which, other patches can be applied to the server.
Patch installation instructions
1 Make sure that the Fiery printer controller reaches Idle.
2 Execute FIT220493.exe and follow the instructions in the Fiery Patch Downloader.

a. Logon must be admin. This is fixed and cannot be modified.
b. Password is the Fiery administrator login password.
c. Hostname can be the IP address or the Fiery server name.
4 After the patch is downloaded and when prompted by the Fiery Patch Downloader, choose
Reboot. (If you choose to Restart later, make sure you manually reboot the server for the
changes to take effect)
