Step 3: Remove the fusing F cover, the fusing R cover, the fusing lower cover, and the fusing rear lower
PG from the fusing unit.
Step 4: Attach the High temperature caution hot label and the fusing rear lower PG moquette to the
fusing rear lower PG for the field.
Unfix the separate pawl lower spring from the fusing rear lower PG removed in Step 3, and then
secure the separate pawl lower combined with the separate pawl lower spring to the fusing rear
lower PG for the field.

Step 5: Secure the CL fixing plate R assembled in Step 1 and 2 at the rear of the fusing unit, using a
screw (2.5x6).
Step 6: Fit a roller CD into the lower CL bearing fastened to the CL fixing plate R which secured at the
rear of the fusing unit.
Step 7: Fit a roller CD into the lower CL bearing fastened to the CL fixing plate F which is to be secured
at the front of the fusing unit.
