Isolation Circuit
Function:
The signal between USB controller (IC3) and MPU (IC1) is isolated electrically in order to prevent the noise from PC.
The signals which need high speed are isolated by isolators (IC7). The signals with which a low speed is allowed are isolated by
photo-couplers (IC5, IC6, IC12).
