4.1 Features of SAA5667 Micro Controller
SAA5667 is a single-chip microcontroller based on 80C51
microcontroller, which is integrated with On-Screen Display (OSD) and
Data Capture and display function for Teletext.
It has 32 I/O ports via individual addressable controls, which are 5 V
tolerant digital inputs and I/O. There are two port lines with 8 mA sink
for direct drive of LED. The byte level I²C-bus up to 400 kHz dual port

Besides, SAA5667 has large Character ROM that allows up to 1020
