Heat Run Test
(1) Set the module by following the same procedure as that for Problem Analysis in Section
4.7.
(2) From the main menu, select the POWER ON menu with the ↑ key or ↓ key and press the
<ENTER> key.
(3) From the POWER ON menu, select Internal pattern generation with the ↑ key or ↓ key and
press the <ENTER> key. When you press the → key, the main power of the module is
turned on. (When you press the ← key, the main power is turned off.)
