1. Turn off the TV.  
Software update by OSD USB memory 
2. Connect USB memory.  
4. Press [Home], [Settings], [Customer Support],  
and will see the below figure, press [Software Upgrade] 
Follow below step 
1）Press “Ok” 
3. Turn on the TV.
