Assembly-5: Installation Method of the Hinge Assy
The shape may be different from the illustration depending on
models.

(1) Set the flexible board to the hinge cover (U), and install the hinge
assy.
Tighten the screw.

(2) Roll the flexible board 1.5 times in the shaft of the hinge assy as
shown in figure.

(3) Route the flexible board as shown in figure.

(4) Install the LCD block, while rolling the flexible board 1 time in the
shaft of the hinge assy as shown in figure, and tighten the two screws.

Assembly-6: Installation Method of the Sheet KR
(1) Pass the sheet KR under the fifth flexible board of the six laminated
flexible boards.

(2) Fold the sheet edge 180 degrees to align the sheet edge with the upper
edge of the adhesive surface, and then stick the sheet.
(3) Strongly press the folded portion.

(4) Turn the sheet KR 180 degrees, and then stick the adhesive surface
to the P cabinet M.
