1-1.  修理時の電源供給について

本機では，安定化電源（8.4Vdc）からバッテリ端子に電源を供給した場合，約10秒後にシャットオフし，動作しなくなります。
これを避けるため，下記の方法を用いてください。

方法：

ACアダプタ (AC-NB12A) を使用する。

1-2.  基板交換時の注意事項

下記の基板を交換後は, 必ずFirmwareのアップデートを実施してください。
アップデートについては，サービスHQへお問い合わせください。

対象の基板

・  VC-1013基板（MOUNTING BLOCK ASSY）
・  CK-1006基板（CABINET (R) BLOCK ASSY）
・  MM-1003基板（MM BLOCK ASSY）

・  MS-1006基板（MM BLOCK ASSY）

・  PI-1001基板（HANDLE BLOCK）

上記基板交換時の仕向けデータ，USBシリアルNo.およびプロダクトIDのデータ入力については，Adjust Manualを参照してください。

Battery current value goes over the max 
discharge current

Check the remaining battery power because this symptom maybe de-
pended on the remaining battery level, and confirm whether or not the 
symptom is occurred after replacing the battery. 
If the symptom is still occurred, overhaul inspection is needed. 
Inspect each output of DC/DC converters (IC4601, IC4701 on the VC-
1013 board) with connected the DC-1003 board, the DD-1006 board and 
the VC-1013 board. (The minimum connection to periphery)

Fault of writing or erasing the flash 
memory

Inspect the flash memories (IC3602 and IC3606 on the VC-1013 board).

Internal flash memory fault

Inspect the flash memories (IC3602 and IC3606 on the VC-1013 board).

Note 1:   When replacing the VC-1013 board, remove the EEPROM (IC3903) from the VC-1013 board that is going to be repaired. Install the removed EEPROM 

(IC3903) to the replaced VC-1013 board.

1-3-1. 自己診断機能について

本機の動作に不具合が生じたとき，自己診断機能が働き，ビュー
ファインダーまたはLCD画面に，どう処置したらよいか判断で
きる表示を行います。「自己診断表示」と「サービスモード表示」
の２つの表示があります。自己診断機能については取扱説明書
にも掲載されています。

1-3-2. 自己診断表示

本機の動作に不具合が生じたとき，ビューファインダーまたは
LCD画面のカウンタ表示部分がアルファベットと数字の4桁表
示になり，3.2Hzで点滅します。この5文字の表示によって対
応者分類および不具合の生じたブロックの分類，不具合の詳細
コードを示します。
