1.  Solder the harnesses to the CL-32 (DC) PC board as shown in the figure.

Grease (G-85): J-6082-626-A
Adhesive bond (LOCTITE)

  Use the adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) or the equivalent.

 

Do not use the instant glue which becomes white after dried.

1.  Apply two drops of adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) to the tip of stopper screw and tighten it to the mount.
2.  Apply the grease (G-85) the indicated portion of mount (lens A mount).

1.  Install the connection flexible (B) block with its hole facing up.

Adhesive bond (B-40): J-6082-614-A

1.  Thread the flexible encoder DV and the MR connection flexible through the hole of joint tube and install the joint tube.
2.  Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of six screws and fix the joint tube with six screws.
3.  Affix two sheets of flexible substrate tape H to the indicated portion of joint tube.
4.  Affix the flexible encoder DV and the flexible connect MR to the flexible substrate tape H from the hole of joint tube.
