Perform the Near Focus Adjustment after the Infinity Focus adjustment.

Equipments required:

Camera table
Chart

Be sure to set 0.50 

± 0.01 m distance between the chart and the tip of camera lens.

Color temperature = 5000 

±

 300K

Be sure not to turn off the power during adjusting.

Adjustment order

Screen display

The adjustment finished normally.

   The adjustment is finished abnormally.

The adjustment is complete.

Camera

Set the unit to the adjustment mode.

* For the setting procedure of the adjustment mode, refer to "Preparations" (Page 5-2).

Set the camera as show in Fig. 5-2-16.

Press the control button “B”, then Near Focus Adjustment starts.

Confirm the indication

on the screen.

Finished normally.

Finished abnormally.

In case of the adjustment is finished normally. 
the adjustment completion indication appears 
on the screen. (Fig. 5-2-17)
Turn off the power to quit the adjustment mode.

In case of the adjustment is finished abnormally. 
the following indication appears on the screen.
(Fig. 5-2-18)
In this case, confirm the adjusting environment 
and readjust.
In case of the Near Focus adjustment is faild,
readjust the Infinity Focus adjustment and try to
readjust the Near Focus adjustment.

In case of the Near Focus
adjustment is faild, readjust the
