Please refer to Block diagram on page 57 in the Service manual.
When you connect the AC plug to the outlet, AC voltage inputs to Sub Power
transformer (T102) and POWER CONTOL (IC121 8pin).
The operation voltage  is supplied from Sub Power transformer to POWER
CONTROL (IC121 4pin) and POWER CONTROL starts operation.
POWER CONTROL checks output voltage of Sub power transformer with
FB/OLP terminal (IC121 6pin).
And, POWER CONTROL controls the output voltage of Sub power transformer
with DRAIN output (IC121 1pin).
Then, Sub power transformer outputs constant “E4V”.
“E4V” is used for the followings.
“MAIN SYS +3.3V” is for MAIN SYSTEM CONTROLLER (IC602).
“SUB SYS +3.3V” is for SUB SYSTEM CONTROLLER (IC901).
“IC912 +3.3V” is for LEVEL SHIFT (IC912, IC606).
LEVEL SHIFT ICs are for data communication between MAIN and SUB
SYSTEM CONTROLLER. (Refer to page 55 of service manual.)
