UPDATE OF SOFTWARE OF IC600 ON THE MAIN 
BOARD
Perform operation of the following when the update of software 
of the IC600 on the MAIN board is necessary.

Connect:
AEP and UK models

US and Canadian models

Procedure:
1 Connect J861 on the CIS board and PC by using the   
   RS232C cable.
2 Set the service switch to the right.
3 Turn on the main power.
4 The update is executed by using PC.
5 When the update ends, turn off the main power.
6 Set the service switch to the left.
7 Remove the RS232C cable from the J861 on the CIS
   board and PC.

Set to left for normal operation (initial setting).
Set to right for maintenance and service.
