2. Power Control Circuit
2-1. Generated Voltages
Fig.2-1 shows the power control circuit.
The following 11 types of voltage are mainly generated by this unit.
1. BATT+ voltage (Battery voltage)
The following 11 types of voltage are mainly generated by this unit.
1. BATT+ voltage (Battery voltage)
This voltage is supplied from the battery during the battery driving.
2. VDD_UNREG voltage -> Power Control IC601 (When the unit is not connected to PC: Battery voltage / When the unit is connected to PC: VBUS voltage)
Driving voltage for System Controller IC101.
Source voltage for VDD_CORE, VDD_IO and VDD_USB voltage
Source voltage for VDD_CORE, VDD_IO and VDD_USB voltage
3. VDD_CORE voltage -> Power Control IC601 (When the unit is not connected to PC: +1.2[V] / When the unit is connected to PC: +1.5[V])
This voltage is used inside System Controller IC101
4. VDD_IO voltage -> Power Control IC601
This voltage is used inside System Controller IC101 and is +2.8[V].
Driving voltage for Organic EL Module and is +2.8[V].
Driving voltage for NOR FLASH MEMORY & SRAM IC201 and Real Time Clock, X801.
Source voltage for VDD_AD voltage generation and is +2.8[V].
Driving voltage for 2.7V REGULATOR IC2701 (NW-E00XF only) and is +2.8[V].
Driving voltage for Organic EL Module and is +2.8[V].
Driving voltage for NOR FLASH MEMORY & SRAM IC201 and Real Time Clock, X801.
Source voltage for VDD_AD voltage generation and is +2.8[V].
Driving voltage for 2.7V REGULATOR IC2701 (NW-E00XF only) and is +2.8[V].
5. VDD_AD voltage -> Power Control IC601
This voltage is used inside System Controller IC101 and is +2.0[V].
6. VDD_RTC voltage -> System Controller IC101.
Driving voltage for RTC (Real Time Clock) , X801 and is +2.8[V]
(VDD_RTC voltage is created by the 2.8V regulator circuit inside System Controller IC101. The source voltage becomes VDD_UNREG voltage.)
7. VDD_NAND voltage -> System Controller IC101
Driving voltage for NAND FLASH MEMOEY IC1301 and is +2.8[V]
(VDD_NAND voltage is the same as VDD_IO voltage and is controlled by System Controller IC101.)
8. VBUS voltage
This voltage is supplied from PC when the unit is connected to PC and is +5.0[V].
9. VDD_USB voltage -> Power Control IC601
This voltage is used for the USB interface circuit inside System Controller IC101 and is +3.3[V].
(This voltage is created only when VBUS voltage is supplied to the unit. The source voltage becomes VDD_UNREG (VBUS) voltage.)
