SYMPTOM The back tension lever is stuck on the wrong side of the take up guide.
CAUSE
Excesive wear of the tension adjusting lever, where it comes in contact with the brake
shift lever.
ACTION
Replace the tention adjusting lever.  The shape of this part has been changed so that
there is an increase in the contact area between the brake shift lever and the tension
adjusting lever.
