SYMPTOM Capstan motor will not rotate.
CAUSE
Open circuit track due to C6 leaking.  C6 is located on the capstan motor unit PWB.
ACTION
Clean the PWB, repair the printed track and replace C6 with a 10uF, 25V capacitor
with the part number given below.
