Is the supply voltage of 5V fed to pin(20) of

Check or replace the cylinder.
Check the Hi-Fi CTL line between pin(33)
or IC6301 and pin(20) of IC701.

Check peripheral circuits of T651.
Check the MH-AA harness and A/C
head.
Replace IC201.
