SYMPTOM When the video is switched from the operate mode to standby, the decoder loop
through function does not work.
CAUSE
Switching logic on IC6651 incorrect.
ACTION
Remove R6655 from the Main PWB and fit a 10k resistor as shown in the diagram
below.
