REASON
Due to power fluctuations in excess of the designed operating range of the power
supply circuit, Q901 can over heat.  This may also cause the surge limiter
resistor, R904, to also fail.
ACTION
From March 1996 a heat sink has been added to Q901.  If this has not been fitted
and Q901 has failed, fit heat sink using the part number given below.
