SYMPTOM Reception of satillite broadcast not possible with certain types of LNB.
CAUSE
Sometimes when the VCR is powered up there is no LNB supply voltage.  This is due
to a combination  of component tolerance in the LNB supply regualator ( SAT PWB )
and the type of LNB load connected, which will operate a safety circuit within the VCR
causing the LNB supply to be removed.
ACTION
Change R9543 ( Surface Mount Resistor ) too 1.2k.
Add R9599 as shown in the diagram.
Add D9550 as shown in the diagram.
Add a foam pad to the underside of each component to prevent shorting.
Cut printed track as shown in the diagram.
