SYMPTOM Unit does not turn on.
CAUSE
Excessive current drawn by the mechanism causing L752 to go open circuit.
ACTION
1.  Check D757 and replace if faulty.
2.  Check R761 and replace if faulty.
3.  Replace L752 with ferrite bead, part number given below.
4.  Replace D753 with new type, part number given below.
