Open the Service Menu
2.
You can confirm previous "HDCP FW Version“, ie:
"2020" in the page 1/30.
3.
Select "HDMI HDCP FW WRITE" in the Page 5/30,
and push the "OK" key.

Please wait for a while until "OK" is shown.
5.
Please check "HDMI HDCP FW
Version" is updated to the new version, ie "2027"
after AC OFF/ON.

Please confirm that no HDMI cables are inserted in HDMI port.
