CHAPTER 1. 
Removing LCD Module
[1] Removing LCD Module (LC-46LE925E)
1. Disconnect the 4 CS-FFC Connectors  .
2. Remove the 5 lock screws   and detach the C-PWB cover 
.
3. Remove the 7 lock screws   and detach the C-PWB  .
4. Remove the 4 lock screws 
 and detach the LED DRIVER PWB 
.
5. Remove the 10 lock screws  , 12 lock screws  , 4 lock screws  , 6 lock screws   and detach the Bezel Unit (Top)  /(Bottom)  /(L)  /(R) .
6. Detach the LCD Panel Unit  , P-Chassis (Top)  /(Bottom)  /(L)  /(R)  .
7. Detach the DBEF Sheet  , 2 Lens Sheets  , Diffusion Sheet  , Diffusion Plate  , 6 Light Guide Plate  , Reflection Sheet   and 2 Holders .
8. Detach the 9 Clips   and 2 Harness Bushing 
.
9. Remove the 22 lock screws 
. Disconnect the Wire Harness (L1)  /(L2)  /(L3)  /(L4) 
 and detach the LED-PWB Angle Unit from BL-Chas-
sis Unit 
10.Remove the 26 lock screws   and detach the 2 Angles (B)  , 2 Reflectors (S) 
/(L)   and 4 LED-PWBs   from 2 Angle (A) 
.

1. Disconnect the 4 CS-FFC Connectors  .
2. Remove the 5 lock screws   and detach the C-PWB cover 
.
3. Remove the 7 lock screws   and detach the C-PWB  .
4. Remove the 4 lock screws 
 and detach the LED DRIVER PWB 
.
5. Remove the 22 lock screws  , 12 lock screws  , 2 lock screws  , 2 lock screws   and detach the Bezel Unit (Top)  /(Bottom)  /(L)  /(R) .
6. Detach the LCD Panel Unit  , P-Chassis (Top)  /(Bottom)  /(L)  /(R)  .
7. Detach the Dbef Sheet  , 2 Lens Sheets  , Diffusion Sheet  , Diffusion Plate 
, Light Guide Plate 
, Reflection Sheet   and 2 Holders .
8. Detach the 16 Clips   and Harness Bushing  .
9. Remove the 26 lock screws  . Disconnect the Wire Harness (L1) 
/(L2)  /(L3) 
/(L4)   and detach the LED-PWB Angle Unit from BL-Chas-
sis Unit 
.
10.Remove the 34 lock screws 
 and detach the 2 Angles (C) 
, 2 Reflectors (S)  /(L)   and 4 LED-PWBs   from Angle (A)  /(B)  .
