Check the setting of an external input device that connects with 
EXT1.

Is CVBS signal output to pin (2) of IC504?

Check the line between SC505 and IC504.

Is TU_OUT_CVBS_MUTE [pin (1) of IC504] at “H”?

Check the peripheral circuits of IC3302.

Is CVBS signal input to pin (6) of IC504?

Check the IC504 and their peripheral circuits.

Check the line between IC504 and IC3302.

Check IC9501 and its peripheral circuits.

ONDD8~14], [C6, B3/N_ONDCE0, N_ONDCE1] of IC3302 (Digi-
tal AV decode & Main CPU)?

Check the line between X9501 and IC9501.
