ACTION 
Upgrade the firmware to version 3.5.4a or higher. 
To enable the volume controls through ARC select the following options: 

  Press MENU on the remote control. 

  Select SETTINGS. 

  Select OTHER SETTINGS. 
o  In the setting OPTION TV
, change the setting to “Audio from TV 
Speakers”. 
o  In the setting OPTION 
AMPLIFIER, change the setting to “Audio from
