1. Remove the 13 lock screws 
, 4 lock screws 
, 12 lock screws 
 and detach the Bezel Unit (Top) 
, Bezel Unit (Bottom)
, Bezel Unit (Right)
, Bezel Unit (Left) 
.
2. Detach the 40” LCD Panel Unit 
, P-Chassis Unit (Top) 
, P-Chassis Unit (Bottom) 
, P-Chassis Unit (Right) 
, P-Chassis Unit (Left) .
3. Detach the DBEF Sheet  , 2 Lens Sheets 
, Microlens Sheet 
, Light Guide Plate 
, Reflection Sheet 
, 2 Graphite Sheets (LT/RB) 
, 2
Graphite Sheets (RT/LB) 
.
4. Remove the 23 lock screws 
, and detach the 2 Installation Angles 
.
5. Detach the Fit Cover (Cap) 
, and Disconnect the LED PWB Connection Harness 
.
6. Remove the 40 lock screws 
, and detach the 4 LED PWBs 
.
7. Remove the 6 lock screws 
, and detach the 2 Holder Units 
.
8. Detach the BL Chassis 
.

1. Remove the 12 lock screws 
, 4 lock screws 
, 12 lock screws 
 and detach the Bezel Unit (Top) 
, Bezel Unit (Bottom) 
, 2 Bezel Units
(Left/Right) .
2. Detach the 46” LCD Panel Unit 
, P-Chassis Unit (Top) 
 P-Chassis Unit (Bottom) 
 P-Chassis Unit (Left) 
 P-Chassis Unit (Right) 
.
3. Detach the DBEF Sheet 
, Lens Sheet 
, Microlens Sheet 
, Light Guide Plate 
, Reflection Sheet 
, 4 Graphite Sheets 
.
4. Detach the Fit Cover (Cap) 
, and Disconnect the LED PWB Connection Harness 
.
5. Remove the 18 lock screws  , and detach the 2 Installation Angles  .
6. Remove the 40 lock screws  , and detach the 4 LED PWBs 
.
7. Remove the 6 lock screws 
, and detach the Holder Unit (Left) 
 and Holder Unit (Right) 
.
8. Detach the BL Chassis 
.
