SYMPTOM When in the audio menu, the error "???" may be displayed.
CAUSE
Incorrect monitor type recognition at switch on.
ACTION
Take the following action:
1.  Enter the process adjustment mode
2.  Set the value of the model in page 2 of other to LC-37HV4E
3.  Turn the power off
Refer  to  the  service  manual  for  details  on  how  to  get  into  the  process  adjustment
mode.
