SYMPTOM  If you use an external monitor on the SCART output terminals the picture is poor.
 
 
CAUSE 
Power supply noise is introduced onto the video signal provided by IC1101/1102. 
 
ACTION 
Check  the  main  board  part  number  and  if  required  add  C1163  to  the  Main  PWB  as 
shown below.
