REASON
Unit will not start and remains in a dead condition.
If you try to update the normal firmware, the firmware update proceeds (Flashing LED)
but the Television never turns on.

ACTION
Once you have diagnosed a fault on the main board by trying to update the firmware,
there is a 2 step recovery process:

o Download the recovery firmware (Including the HDCP Keys) from the Technical
Website.
o Follow the firmware upgrade procedure outline in the upgrade procedure
Technical Bulletin.

If you are unable to recover the firmware, you need to replace the flash memory U10
and U12. Refer to the model service manual for the correct part number.
When ordering the memory, ensure you provide parts centre with the 2 x serial
number located on the rating plate of the affected unit. If you fail to provide both serial
numbers, you will receive the incorrect part.
