Failure of LCD Power Unit.
Action
After checking and replacing the faulty components listed below, re-solder all 5mm SMD
chip type resistors: R1, R13, R14, R20, R29, R30, R36, R58, R96. Be sure to use
additional solder and ensure a good joint is made.
Service Tip: Do not refit Q1 until after correct operation of the 10-volt and 13-volt rails
have been confirmed. The LT rails will work correctly without Q1 fitted.
