SYMPTOM When the set is fitted to a VESA compatible wall bracket it has been found that there
is a possibility that there could be an isolation issue between the primary circuit and

CAUSE
Exposed fixing point.
ACTION On units with a serial number before 811118526 please check to see if this modification
has been fitted, if not fit the isolation barrier sheet inside the cabinet back following the
instructions shown in the following pages.
