SYMPTOM  No Backlights.
 
 
CAUSE 
Any of the 10 x 10pF 3Kv Ceramic disc capacitor CY7500 to CY7509 could be 
defective and makes the main CPU think there is a lamp issue. 
 
ACTION 
Check and replace if necessary any of these 10 x HV disc capacitors. 
 
 
These components can be sourced from a local supplier.
