SYMPTOM Picture ringing when supplied with a composite video signal via the SCART socket.
CAUSE
SCART socket input circuit varriations.
ACTION
Carry out the following circuit improvement
1.  Remove C1405 and R1407.
2.  Remove L1401 and replace with a shorting link.
3.  Remove R1408 and replace with a 82 Ohm 0.25W resistor.
