SYMPTOM Set comes out of standby, then turns off.
CAUSE
Protection circuit operating.
ACTION
To disable the protection circuit, remove Q604.  This will allow the receiver to turn on
as the microprocessor is not being reset by Q604.
Note that when the set is turned on, with Q604 removed, if the problem causing the
protection circuit to operate is of a catastrophic nature, more problems could occur.
It  is  strongly  recommended  that  Q604  is  replaced  before  returning  to  the  set  to  the
customer.
