SYMPTOM Picture distortion at the top of the screen.
CAUSE
D619.
ACTION
Check the SMD diode D619 ( Fitted on the print side of the PWB ).  If it is
short circuit, replace it.
Check if a 4.7k resistor is fitted in parallel with D619, if there is no
resistor fitted, then fit one using the part number given below.
