SYMPTOM Bouncing Teletext pictures on chassis version N3 or greater. The chassis version
number is indicated on the main PWB, by the cut out for the CRT base panel.   The
diagram below shows a version 3 chassis.
ACTION
Fit a jumper wire, J311, to connect C521 to the emitter of Q509 as indicated in the
diagram below. Note tha the jumper number is screen printed on the component side
of the PWB.
