SYMPTOM The reciever does not come out of standby - power supply inoperative.
CAUSE
R704 and/or R705 going high or open circuit.
ACTION
Replace R704 and R705 with 1W 560k resistors, using the part numbers given below.
Note that the resistor leads should be bent as shown.
