SYMPTOM When the set is switched on from cold, intermittently there may be a lack of height, no
video or tuning problems.  If the set is turned off then on again, the fault may
disappear.
CAUSE
Noise from the CRT at switch on corrupting the operation of various IC's.
ACTION
Refering to the diagrams below and on page 2, carry out the following circuit
improvement.
1.  Add zener diodes D510 and D511.
2.  Replace J122 with a 12uH peaking coil.
3.  Add zener diode D403.
