CAUSE
Low signal conditions.
ACTION
If IC201 is version 2, then change R802 for the part listed below.
IC201 version can be identified by the letters 2Y being printed on the top of the IC.
Note that this phenomenea can also occur if a low quality SCART lead is being used.
It is recommended that a screened type is used.
