NO RASTER
Check F701.
Check T701 pin16 voltage.
(Approx. 290V at 220V AC)
Check Secondary Main+B.
(Approx. 118V )
Check R701,Q701
and IC701.
Blown out.
Replace the fuse.
The fuse is again blown 
Check IC701,D701,D702,
D703,D704 and C705.
Check CRT connector
K1-K5 bias.
D1001 (Power LED Bright 
Red) turns on.
D1001 (Power LED Dark 
Red) turns on.
Check C878,
R608 and D603.
Check IC801.
Check D758,IC702
and D751.
Check R605,
Q601 and Q602.
Check the
protector 
D1001 turns on 
brightly and darkly.
