C714 (in the power unit) is short-circuited.
Note: With C714 short-circuited, there is a case that a few of the following components
will damage simultaneously:
R715, R726, R727, R760, R1734, IC101, Q1708, etc...
Servicing
If you have a service call from the customer with above model as this
phenomenon, please take the following procedure for servicing:
1. Change damaged C714 to 2kV type (95KUGZ1171ZZ).
2. Repair other components if defective.
