Provide free product training courses.

Provide free first issue copies of all service literature.

Provide access to our technical Intranet site

Provide free technical advice via the LCD Help-Desk during normal office hours (9:00am to 5:00pm), excluding
Public and Bank Holidays. A message service is provided outside of these hours.
• 
Consider field visits on a case by case basis, with reseller staff, to their customers for difficult technical
problems.

authorised.
